Gabrielle's Diary - few vegas pictures uploaded for u to laugh at!

thanks girlies - well i had the most traumatic trip up north ever - euston to manchester picadilly in 5 hours!!! then my mum picked me up from there and we came to her housewhich is another 45 min drive!! some idiot jumped on the track so all trains were cancelled - i had to go to sheffield - then get a bus to manchester via stockport!!! mission!!!
needless to say i had eaten all my daily points before my mum even picked me up lol - ah well today has been what you would all call a super high day!!! i reckon 40 points easy ha ha - i would cry but hey ho thats life!!
super low day for me tomorrow and rest of the week - but on the upside im feeling brighter and going on a long walk tomorrow with my mum so that will be a nice ease back into some exercise.
hopefully i will sts this week - i can handle that after my success so far - i know its working and i love this diet so im not too worried about the odd crazy day - i think my mum telling me how wonderful im looking has gone to my head a bit - she said she can see such a huge difference since the end of january when i last saw her - she said i look so gorgeous its made me really happy - so slacking off today was prob due to that ego boost lol
anyway back to the wonderful point counting tomorrow- back in the zone as twigs would say!!
you girls are so great - glad i can come on here and get all my feelings and confessions out and then close the day with a fresh look on tomorro - this helps so much

Drawing a line under it is definately the best way!! I'm really hoping to resist the eggs, however have a bloody lindt bunny peering right at me. God i hate those little bunnies, will need to give it away first thing 2moro, damn waste if you ask me!!!

now if i was gonna eat chocolate and easter i would defo go for one of those bunnys!!! they are heavenly - i could easily eat one of those massive one - nicest chocalate ever - perhaps u could just eat its ears then give it away ha ha

hey girlies - i didnt manage the long walk me and my mum decided to go shopping instead lol - like mother like daughter!
we went bikini and bra shopping ha ha - well i got the biggest shock of my life today the lady said do u want to be measured and i said ok why not - i said im a 36a though - she said i dont think so... anyway she measured me and i am a 34D ha ha ha what a joke ive been wearing a 36a since i was 15!! it was a nice easter surprise anyway! so needless to say my mum bought me lots of new bras and a fab new bikini for my easter pressie and to say well done at my weight loss! so i had a lovely day!!
unfortunately besides that i have just added up my points and some how have had 30 today
breakfast - museli & milk -3.5
snack - yogurt & strawberries - 1.5
lunch - ham, salad & mayo sarnie crustless bread - 2.5
snack - bowl of jordans crunch (no milk) & hot chocolate - 6
dinner - mums fish pie, veg, 8 mini M&S praline chocolate eggs - 14
snack - 3 squares dark chocloate - 2.5?
total - 30 points (maybe even more!)
u know what its easter weekend im just gonna allow it. got big easter day planned tomorro with all the kids, my aunts, cousins, my brothers comin up with niece and nephew so im just gonna enjoy it - its like xmas day - turkey the works!!! im having a weekend of pleasure and family and fun. then i will go hardcore again.
i will still have 7 weeks when i get back to london till i go to vegas - i know i can get to 10 stone by then - and i know that cos i want it bad - and i got u lot behind me- what else do i need!!

I should have asked for something like that from my mum ... she said she wouldn't buy me an egg as she knows I'm on WW, but then she saw one with a model red mini car in and as I have a red mini she couldn't resist. I didn't complain!
30 points isn't too bad. Just think how many you would have had if you weren't thinking about your diet - that's what I always do and it makes me feel much better
You'll EASILY get into that size 10 dress, I know you will - you've got a great attitude, and we won't let you slip

thanks sharon u always make me feel better - ur right - normally i would have had all those mini eggs and the big one that they come inside aswell - so i was practically an angel compared to any other easter lol
yeah its a amazin - go get measured - i cant beleive the difference it makes having the right size - it looks so much better and comfy!! cant believe i have had it so wrong all those years lol i dreamed of being a D and i am ha ha!!! brilliant

thanks for reassuring me u will keep me on track i know i can do it and the support from u all makes me even more determined. im not gonna let this weekend ruin it for me - im just having a bit of perspective - im gonna have a lovely enjoyable weekend - especially tomoro with all the family and im gonna enjoy every mouth full of my lunch then monday and the whole of my following week till next WI have 110% week with a tonne of exercise! i will be back on track with avengence!!

ha ha i know!!! i should have realised really but just carried on what i was wearing since i was 15! it certainly is more comfortable now with the right size bra! d'oh im so blonde!! xx

hey guys im out for the day so just dropping by to say HAPPY EASTER SUNDAY!! im off for a long walk then a massive sunday roast with the family around 4pm - so i will be eating about 50 points today i reckon lol
breakfast started off ok then hmmmm ....

1 mini choc egg (really tiny) 1.5
so the chances of my having 9 points for the whole rest of the day is slim to none!! i will be eating lots of roast veg and turkey and just the odd roast potato .. and a tiny slither of whatever yummy pudding my aunt has made.. i also vow to stay away from the kids easter eggs!!!
