thanks everyone - i feel like we all thoroughly deserve a pat on the back!!!! i think mine was more luck than management .... but the birthday girls defo deserve a hip hip hooray!!!!!
im so chuffed for us 3!!!! wooohoo!!!
well today has gone great too - again 14 points! and i did skip the gym but did my walk to work and back - so still somethin. i will get these pesky 3lbs off in the next 2 weeks no matter how hard i gotta work to do it

morning peeps
a great big happy birthday to the girls -hope u have a fabulous day filled with fun and presents and cake lol
well 13 days to go... and today is 100% day 4 - and i have been such a good girl. i tried bikini on again last night and im feelin ok so its a huge relief - glad all the hard work is paying off. not long left now so gotta be extra good.
i dont know why i did it but i agreed to babysit for christian on saturday night so i have my little monsters charlie and sophie (who i adore more than anythin) but u lot know what happens when im at my brothers house............ so i am gonna again take lots of stuff with me and a ww meal to do when they have pizza (which is inevitable) and then i just gotta stay focused and not crack - and actaully just have some willpower - i can do it - I WILL DO IT!!!!
Not got much else planned for the weekend except gym all 3 days and healthy food.. oh and im gettin myy hair cut & coloured on saturday afternoon so its all ready and blonder for vegas baby!!!!!!!! may top up my tan at regents park if we get a visit from the sun -but mainly detoxing and relaxing and preparing!!!! yipppeeeeeeee
have a great day everyone - my food today for day 2 week 9 is.....
breakfast - half grapefruit & pancakes - 3.5
snack - apple & babybel light - 1.5
lunch - ham/coleslaw salad wrap & seeds - 3.5
snack - mini peperami & ww carrot cake slice - 2.5
dinner - BBQ chicken salad - 2.5
snack - strawberries & sf jelly - 0.5
Total - 14 points
Exercise - walk to & from work - 4 miles
Spinning class with abs - 1 hour
It's mojo thursday for me ha ha .... or as jane said thinner thighs thursday i think lol xxxxxx

Well done gabs for powering away with the exercise & diet still my willpower went flying out the window last night but im back with ya! I need someone to get a massive sledgehammer & bang me over the head & say " WOMAN YOU ARE GOING ON HOLIDAY IN LESS THAN 2WEEKS GET A BL**DY GRIP!":copon:

i know everytime im at my bro's house its absolute binge city... thing is he has this massive pantry and double fridge and freezer filled with every thing u can think of -and a wine & champagne fridge - so i usually grab a bottle - then a tub of whatever ben & jerrys i fancy - then raid the fridge and pantry for all the nibbles - all that is after iv eaten the kids pizza lol - its a novelty i suppose cos im always skint so never hav full cupboards fridge etc - rich people have way too much choice lol - but i think it will be different this time cos i know i havent got the time to recover from a blow out my usual style!!!
i will guarentee everyone hand on heart that i will now continue 100% every day until vegas - and when im there im gonna be good too - the only thing im gonna not worry about is the booze... im gonna be on the champers and cocktails for the whole trip for sure - but will eat healthy!!!

I can't believe your up, up and away in less then 2 weeks. You've done amazingly and should have no worries in reaching your goal.

hayley - thats why i agreed to babysit even knowin its gonna be hard for me with the food - i want to spend time with my monsters i love havin them and they love me so much - somethin special bout our bond - mayb its cos im their only aunty and still relatively young - im like their mate!!! especially little charlie -my brother and his wife adopted him a 5 months ago and we are really close now - and he is 4 yrs old so they care worker people said he would have trouble making bonds especially with women (after his birth mother) - but he is different with me than anyone else - and its amazin really - so the temptation is nothin compared to havin them for the night! im the only one charlie will have babysit - so im honoured really!!
i can be strong - im gonna take the bikini to put by the fridge thats such a good idea!!! also before dinner we will all have half hour on the trampoline in the garden -its one of those full size ones like u had at school so we can all go crazy on that for a bit and i can burn some extra calories as well as being good!! win win for everyone!!
anyway im off to sleepies, just been up watched the inbetweeners with some mates - sooooo funny... i stuck to my 14 points again today - and went to my spinning class!! but i had half a chocolate digestive with my cuppa tea after dinner - so maybe i had 15 points today - if its 1 point??

just had my hair coloured - i look like malibu barbie - i love it im sooooo blonde again!!!
just off babysitting - armed with ww sausage & mash, ww belgian choc mousse and an apple - thats plenty so lets hope i stay strong - im pretty sure i will!!! and gonna do lots of bouncing.
i went body attack earlier as well and my points today totals 17 even with my yummy dinner - i was also 100% yesterday and only had 15 points so today will be 6 days 100%
not long to go now woop woop - i have stayed at the wynn before twigs its the best hotel by a million (went on expenses thou with work to that one) this time we are stayin at the planet hollywood which is new so im excited.. and we have a room that over looks the bellagio fountains - very cool!!!!
