Didn't weigh yesterday as said I would due to shame at not sticking to WW not even for 1 week!

Weighed this evening and have gained a pound:eek:. Not surprising really.

Need to sort my head out and come up with some evening meal ideas and also sort portion control!

Planning meals is the big thing. Im always a day ahead, i cant do a week like others! it will come to you eventually :D

yeah what i did for the first week was buy ready meals for dinner so it was one less meal to think ahead about. then once u get the hang on breakfast and lunches, tackle home made dinners

Thanks Shabba, What makes it worse is that I have lost before with WW and so the basic knowledge is all there, just need focus! Also a friend at work is doing SW and has visibly lost weight in just 3 weeks, :jelous:jealousy is not a good look!

One day at a time, tomorrow I WILL BE CONTROLLED!!!
