Gammon

Hi all,

Just started extra easy and it says gammon is one of the free foods. I've looked all over and cannot find a lean gammon im guessing its not sold and maybe it just means ensure all the fat is trimmed off?

Can anybody help at all? Xxx

You're right, if it has fat on it, remove it.
All the meats and fish listed are lean only and cooked without fat

I buy reduced fat gammon steaks from Tesco. They're lovely
