Well done on resisting temptation! My boss brought in a big bucket of Cadbury's Treat Size for Halloween which I've been desperately avoiding! Thankfully I've been working in another office so I don't have them in my eyeline all day. To be fair I could afford to have the syns too - each item is 3-4syns - but I'd rather not get the taste for them! There are 50 of them in the tub and only 3 of us in the office - I'll let the boys have the calories instead!


Haha yeah it felt good just watching other people eat them- especially when people had been moaning about how many calories they had already had today before tucking into them! I'm the same would rather save my syns for something tastier! Well done to you too xxx
 
Friday tomorrow woo really looking forward to a weekend off! I'm owed some time from work so going to see if I can take an early finish tomorrow and go to the gym- didnt end up going today as I was worn out after cleaning the cellar at work lifting loads of heavy boxes and rubbish took forever! Didn't post yesterday so I've got two days worth to add...

I think we can let you off not going to the gym! I followed your lead and crumbled a double chocolate Alpen Light bar into my coconut Mullerlight - amazing! Like my own little SW-friendly Bounty! Great idea.

Thanks I plan to enjoy it just had a pamper night tonight, going to Manchester shopping tomorrow, out tomorrow night then recovering Sunday haha hope you have a good time too! X

Well I'm glad it's Friday but I'm not feeling too well I best feel better tomorrow after an early night!!!! Felt sick all day and stomach ache think there is a bug going round because someone at works been off ill with something similar. That means I've been naughty and not gone to the gym AGAIN! And I'm not going to get there this weekend which feels really bad I actually miss it! So I'm going to have to get right back to it Monday! Green day today-

Well I'm glad it's Friday but I'm not feeling too well I best feel better tomorrow after an early night!!!! Understandable you not going to the gym if you're not feeling well, no harm to have a break every now & again! I hope you feel better tomorrow when you were looking forward to your weekend so much!! Enjoy!x

Well as I'm out tonight I've weighed in a day early and I've lost 1 1/2 pounds which in pleased with as its been a rubbish week! I'm actually going to weigh in tomorrow just out of interest to see I'd a night out affects the scales! Trying to decide what day to have to today as I'm out all day then this party thing tonight think its going to have to be another green day x

Has a busy weekend so not had time to update it started off with good intentions but went slightly downhill!


On Saturday has an alpen light and a banana for breakfast went To Manchester so for lunch had a jacket potato & beans and then a mushy pea curry for dinner. Then went into town and had lots of cocktails & shots Etc it was so nice going out with all my friends together and I didn't stop Dancing all night. Finally got home about half past five (although I realised it should of been half six as the clocks went back oops) and was then woken up at 8 so I was so tired all day yesterday had a bacon butty for breakfast and then sw chips cheese & gravy for tea that was it all day so it could of been a lot worse!

Anyway that's all over now back to it today and back to the gym!!
 
Feel like I've hardly been on here recently certainly not even updating my spreadsheet as I've not turned my iPad on for days lol. Yesterday went to the gym after work and got back on it I'm glad because previously if I ever have a day off its taken me ages to get back on it!

Yesterday was a green day:

Breakfast: alpen light (heb)

Lunch: pasta & sauce with babybels (hea) apple and pear

Dinner: roasted veg (green beans onions peppers mushrooms parsnip) with super noodles

Snacks: other alpen light (other half of heb) and milk for coffee (hea)
 
Ok so I've had the most hectic week ever but I've had the most amazing time! Not quite used to going out never mind every night for a week but things are getting back to normal now :( But I really need to get back on it! Done ok so far today and been to The gym after work I think I'm going to have to start saving my syns for the weekend so I can go out and enjoy myself! I also feel I need to be a bit less obsessed as when I've been really into it I've not been going out etc and having such a good time last week has shown me that I need to find that balance so I won't be on here every day but ill still be sticking to the plan :) x

I've been neglecting my food diary a bit lately (although I have been on plan!) just because I need to spend time with people 'in the real world'! You're right about finding the balance. You can really make weight loss all consuming!

Glad you've had a fab time!
