Hi all, I'm posting this as I've found it a great help with exercise, and it might be useful to you too.
I've been downloading free episodes of Motivation to Move from iTunes podcasts. These are daily 10-minute talks that give exercise, diet and fitness tips in a really upbeat and inspirational way.
I've just had a look at their website. Basic memebership is free and there is a good forum there.
It would be great for us to share info. on what resources we've found heplful to increase our chances of success.
