Day 35
Feeling good. Great sleep. Slept in daughters bed. Fancied a change!
Got more exercises to do for Physio so need to do them 3 times a day. My bum cheeks are aching from the challenge. All those squats better be getting rid of my fat arse!
Got another appointment today with a guy who specialises in functional movements whatever that is. I'm desperate to sort my aches and pains out. I'll see what he has to say...
So, I plan on going to the gym this morning then head into town this afternoon for that appt. the classes at the gym this morning are run by a girl that I know, so ill be avoiding the classes. She is used to seeing me slim and fit :-/
Got an order on Friday so I'm eating all my favourites. Not tempted in any way and so far no headaches. Today might be the day :-/
TSing all the way till the weekend. Then ill just have to take each day as it comes till I can get back on the TSing train on Monday! Then it'll be TSing till 5 April. YEEHARRRRRRR!!! Love having no distractions in my diary. That will be a really good run where I can give it my all.
I actually got an invite to a friends 50th and my heart jumped for joy when I realised it was in June and not between now and April. How sad is that?!
Anyway have a good day folks. If ur feeling weak then keep going. Plough on through because good times are ahead, as well as feeling good and feeling proud of yourselfx

You'll have to let us know if the squats do shift your arse, as my arse seems to have not lost any weiggt at all lol. Glad you had a good sleep
