Getting back into ketosis? tips???

hey everyone,

So i am back after a week away with work and whilst i planned to stay on the packs, i didnt. Whats eaten is eaten and I am expecting a gain on wednesday when I weigh in, but i have 3 days to try and get back into ketosis by then. So whilst i have today off and can head to the gym to start burning the glycogen off, does anyone have any extra tips on what they do to get into ketosis quite quickly? I think burning up the energy is pretty much the only thing you can do...but if there is anything else, willing to try it!

I think I've read somewhere just keep up your water? Good luck and have a great time at the gym! Xx
 
Yep plenty of water. I think you will find that with three full days back on the packs and loads of water (try at least 3-4 litres) you may see a significant loss between now and your weigh in. Also try to limit yourself to just shakes and soups until the weigh in. They contain more water and I think I lose quicker without the meals and bars. Worth a go anyway.
