Getting back to it


I did really well losing 11.5lb in 5 weeks but for the last 2 weeks I've fallen off wagon as we have been away visiting family. Had anyone got any advice or tips to help me so I haven't gained too much by weigh in on Friday!

PS its also my birthday on Thursday! Meal out then!

Well, I've been really bad this weekend. I've had takeaway & lots & lots of choc. I've got it in my head that I'm not gettin weighed fri cos there's no class so I don't ave to be good. But today I've woke up & thought "RIGHT" im gonna ave just my dailies for the rest of the week & weigh myself on fri. So that is what I'm gonna do & I'll keep poppin back on here for support x
