getting fed up


I have collar bones!
S: 11st2lb C: 8st12lb G: 8st9lb BMI: 24.2 Loss: 2st4lb(20.51%)
I hit my target @ SW in May - since then I've let things slide and am now back up to my Club 10:break_diet:. I'm seriously hacked off.

I'm hormonal (going through menopause), stressed out, and this is the last thing I need:cry:.

I'm looking at following some ideas from Scottish Slimmers as well as Slimming World.

Calm down; you've done this before and you can do it again! There are loads of people who have done the same thing, and loads of people who would kill to be at the size you're at right now (me included!):hug99:

I know it's easy to say, but try not to be too hard on yourself. You don't need to beat yourself up about this, just deal with the reality of what's happened. Do you keep a food diary? If you're not really sure how the weight has crept back up that might be a good idea. Take ideas from everyone, not just scottish slimmers or slimming world; look at as many different diets as you can and just take away what works for you.

You know you can do this, and so does everyone else on minimins, now go for it!
