Been so so busy. Work is crazy at the mo I don't think I have ever known the nhs like it! I lost 3.5lbs last week and have been 100% this week. Was also pleased to be out of the 24 stone bracket just!!!!! I have woke at 2 which is gutting as I have to be up at 5 anyway for work, fingers crossed I will drop back off soon x
