Extra Easy Getting my head round this!!!

    Weightwatchers
    Hi, I used to do Weight watchers but used to points to "my" advantage and felt like I needed a change.
    I am still abit skeptical with SW, being able to eat all these free foods! If I describe an average days food, can somebody tell me if it sounds ok or if I am overeating.

    Breakfast:
    2 slices of wholewheat bread with bacon

    Snacks:
    fruit, boiled eggs x 2

    Lunch:
    Loads of pasta with ham and salad

    Snacks:
    fruit, chicken drumsticks

    Dinner:
    Lamb chops, new potatoes & veg

    Snacks:
    Muller light, crabsticks

    Would apreciate your honest!!!

    Sounds good. Just make sure that your salad and veggie portions large ones.

    Looking good ! I did the same and came from ww to SW and you just need to forget everything you know and learn again with SW.

    There is so much more freedom and less weighing and measuring with your free foods.

    Looks great.
    Don't forget some syns aswell. You might use them for some gravy with your chops, or dressing on your pasta salad, ketchup on your bacon and toast, some extra bread or use them for a treat type food.
