Getting quiet...

Morning Everyone, It's day 4 for me today! Wow 4 days on SF that's a huge accomplishment for me lol I usually have been so terrible by now but i'm still holding on. I find myself trying harder because I don't want to disappoint myself and others on here. I find you all inspirational and i'm glad we are on this journey together :) Monday is my weigh in days and i'm hoping to be extra good this weekend lol :) Have a great day!!

That sounds really great though I have no idea what that is. I live in NY and I find that most people on here are from Europe ...I'm sure that's better than any shake heheh
 
Hi there, can I sneak in here :) I've been living on choc slim fasts & ww evening meal & in week 3, going great so far although a bit disappointed I've only lost about 9lbs so far (will be 3 weeks on monday) I am doing this until my bmi is under 40 so I dont have to get a dr signature to start cambridge, which I did 3 or so years ago & got on great, but stopped half way through & put all plus lots more weight on again but climbing out the hole now & sorting myself out.

Hi LYN22! Welcome, this is my 1st week on Day 5 now. I think I did about 75% well. I did well with portion sizes, snacks and not eating late but I managed to skip a few shakes and had a small meal instead on some days. I do feel better and not so sluggish but I hope I can lose 9lbs in 3 weeks as well. Mondays are my weigh ins so wish me luck this weekend hehehe

Oh Emma lol .... Well my weigh in was yesterday and I lost 2lbs. I guess it's pretty good and I didn't gain any but it was so hard for those 2lbs. I know I was not 100% but I will try harder this week.
 
My 5th day on the plan. Had a bit of a bad day. Went round my mums for a BBQ! *covers face* back on plan tomorrow!

I was the same this weekend. Saw my mom and mother in law so that was a double bad food days lol I just gotta try today. Also didn't help that my mom and MIL bought be sweets and goodies all weekend!!! So hard to say no!!! lol
 
Hello, Im starting again tomorrow after falling a little off the wagon over the last 3 weeks.

I like the chocolate bottle shakes, the strawberry powder shakes and the choc crunch meal replacement bars.

I like the choco shakes the best too. I'm trying to really focus on eating a well balanced meal and not just grabbing junk to eat
 
New here and loving the shakes! Vanilla has to be my fav... I could drink a ton of it but know better haha! Delicious!
