Getting quiet...

Was slightly naughty today skipped my lunch time shake, couple snacks and had some birthday rice crispy mars bar cake! ooops!

Although work has been tough, I've been sweating away and trying to do as much exercise as I can!

On my monthly so skipped my weigh in on friday and waiting until next week! Does anyone else do this ?
 
Hi I'm 5lb away from my goal weight and I've got to share my fave choc treat... Fun size bags of Milky Way magic stars :) I love them and there is just enough to sort out chocolate cravings :) ... I wish I knew about them when I first started slim fast, they are 67 cals a bag xx

Thanks for the tip. I think next time I do the weekly shop I will get some. :)

I was thinking about skipping today also because im at the end of my monthly. But I weighed myself and only lost 1lb. Maybe I should have waited for next week but I didn't want it to be an excuse hehehe

I was quite bad this weekend as well. I went to a fair and had some street foods and you know those are high in calories... I have been exercising as much as I can in between.

I'm still amazed that you lost 13lbs in 2 weeks, i'm struggling here to lose 5lbs in 3 weeks lol

Im exactly the same 5lbs in 3 weeks thought it wud ov come off faster :(

You tend to hold onto a lot of water weight so that's why I didn't bother, didn't want to feel disheartened if it had gone up a lb or 2 haha!

I seem to have lost focus a bit these past few days so new start again tomorrow, plenty of exercise, lots of water and will keep it strict with no naughty things in between! Defo struggle more when i'm out with friends and they are eating the high calorie delicious foods haha!

Think it was all a shock to the system the day before I started I scoffed down a large dominos pizza and lots of fizzy drinks as a last goodbye haha!

Yeah I was actually hoping for 2lbs off, I would love to lose 2lbs each week and that will enable me to keep it off as well. I know where I mess up but it's so hard at times. I get very bad with food at times. :(

Yeah I agree during my monthly I also feel a bit more hungry and I crave more as well. I think that's why this week I was only able to lose 1lb.

I'm pretty sure my body was in shock as well especially after I had tons of pasta and bread right before heheheheh
 
Well I didnt have a great weekend, don't get me wrong.. it wasn't a pig out or completely disastrous but I didn't strictly follow my slim fast / ww meal regime. Skipped weighing on monday & was back on the band wagon, weighed tues morning & the scales was hovering between where I was pre weekend and the next lb down, this morning I've made it to that next lb off and not far off of another lb too.. so thats 15 lbs lost in what.. 5 weeks or something & very nearly 16lbs which has motivated me to stay true to my diet.. just a little bit more then I will be getting myself organised to start on the cambridge (dreading & looking forward to it at the same time)

That's great almost 16lbs. Keep on going, we all have our slip ups but we have to focus and try to get back on. I am the same not pigging out badly but I know I shouldn't have eaten my 2 meals instead of the 1. Sometimes your body tells you that you need something else other than liquids.

well things slowed down a bit, had a few bits & bobs I shouldnt have 2 weekends ago so it was mid week before i was back to the fridays weight, was better this weekend, had a little more than I should have.. again nothing drastic, 400kcals over daily amount, sunday was better & to my surprise I was a pound lighter this morning (and period just started - that will explain the sore boob i've had then) so I am THREE pounds away from a 1 1/2 stone loss in just under 2 months.
 
officially lost 1 1/2 stone since 12th august, bmi now 38. something so will be starting cambridge very shortly. Long way still to go but feeling quite chuffed managing myself.
 
pleased again this morning (yep I'm a scales addict) another 1/2 lb down which has now brought me (just) into the next stone bracket.... onwards & downwards :D
