I really love my food and it's quite hard to keep to a diet when the OH has no reason to diet, so I've spent the morning making up my own meals so I don't have to start cooking skinny food when I come home from work,
B- strawberrys apple and yoghurt
L- smocked haddock, fruit
D- steak, baby potatoes, large mushroom with cherry tomatoes and little bit of cheese
Muller light
B- banana kiwi and yoghurt
L- jacket potato and cottage cheese
D- chicken massala skewers and Cous Cous( with carrot sweet corn and peas in)
B- porridge made with water, and banana
L- chicken baguette ( little weight watcher ones) with salad and fruit
D- Asdas chosen by you pork Italian meatballs( not sure on syns for this) with syn free bolognaise sauce and little bit of pasta
B- 2 x whole dal bread with 2 poached eggs
L- jacket potato with left over bolognaise
D- butterfly chicken and veg
Fruit and yoghurt for afters
I'm new to this so open to any help ideas u guys have to help me on my way x
