getting slim for summer! :)

right I have been trying half heartedly to lose weight for tooooooo long. this time i am giving it my all as i have a lot to motivate me- i have a holiday to zante coming up in july with a lot of skinny gorgeous girls , and also none of my clothes fit and my confidence is pretty low right now. soooo I am going to cut out the crap, eat healthy, not count calories and exercise every day :)
support would be much appreciated!

thank you :)

today i had:
breakfast: special k with blueberries and soya milk
lunch: a wholemeal reduced fat cheese sandwich
dinner: wholewheat pasta with quorn mince, mushrooms, onion and tomato in bolognese sauce
snacks: a banana and a small pot of special k with soya milk
drinks: squash, sugar free energy drink, pepsi max, ribena light, cup of tea with a splash of milk, water
exercise: 50 minutes walking and 13 minutes on the treadmill
