As Dieting alone doesn't seem to reduce my belly fat (earlier in the year I was spending at least 1.5 hours a day, 4 times a week exercising including specific belly exercises and it went no where) I thought I would try GForm.

Initially did it at my local salon, I had several injuries which were stopping me from exercising. basically its like the old style toning machines with wires and pads everywhere except that the machine claims to stimulate the body to get rid of fat.

So far (I've had 4 treatments) I have lost 2 inches from my belly & 2 inches from my waist. Not bad for laying down for an hour and doing nothing lol
