Giddys SW journey :-)

    Well I thought I may as well make a diary to keep me motivated :)

    This was my tea and very nice it was too mind you I was that hungry after my night shift I could have elated a scabby dog :)

    Well today I seem to have had loads to eat.


    B. Magic porridge ( you could have laid a wall with it lol)

    L. 2 Ryvita with low fat Philly and celery/cherry toms with mixed berries and Muller a Lite yogurt on top.

    T. Salad chicken/boiled egg 1 Ryvita with melon/pineapple/mixed berries shape coconut yogurt on top.

    Night Shift. Not decided yet :)

    I'm not sure if I'm eating too much or not enough???
    Any advice greatly appreciated.


    Am I posting this on the right forum?

    Only had fruit/yogurt up to now was working last night so up late.

    Decided on brown rice/tuna/sweet corn/button mushrooms for tea followed by
    Berries/Muller Lite.

    Lunch is up :) 2 cracked black pepper Ryvita with Philly light and strawberries on top and cherry tomatoes. Mixed berries/muller Lite yogurt ;-)

    Chopped all my fruit up for the next couple of days.
    Have to do hubby a separate one as he doesn't like berries.

    Breakfast Bran flakes mixed berries muller lite. Lunch On the hop 2 Ryvita with Philly light chicken and mushroom mug shot and muller lite.Tea Large salad chicken breast. Mixed berries/ meringue/muller lite Syns Salad cream

    I was so busy yesterday dashing here there and everywhere didn't have time to write in my diary.

    B. -----

    L. Big salad with ham/egg
    Mixed berries muller lite.

    T. (Work) was too busy to eat during the night I was really busy
    Just managed muller lite/ Hi/Fi

    Saturday. B. 1 egg omelette and some button mushrooms. 1 slice w/m toast.

    L. Bran flakes/berries/muller lite. ( working last night so this is like breakfast)

    T. Large green salad/ham



    (Night duty). Muller Lite/ banana wheatabix cereal bar.

    B. Muller Lite with hi fi bar and a pear. L. Nothing was sleeping after working. T. 1/2 packet Batchelor savoury rice with chicken breast. Muller Lite with berries and meringue. W. Night Duty Muller Lite 1 Hi Fi rocky road bar :)
