Gill SW diary -green days

Brilliant!! Glad its coming off :) I dont have scales in my house so cant see how im doing. May have a check on mums when im next down...
 
Crazy hungry day today!

Scoop of protein shake, banana, protein bar, grapefruit and ff, cottage cheese, bag of rivita minis and a special k bar!

Ill try and just have veggies for my tea ;)

I'm feeling really hungry today too, and craving chocolate brownies!!! (My favourite) I'm such a nightmare for choccie treats !!!
 
Today I've eaten quite a lot but its all healthy so hoping its ok!

Scrambled egg whites, veg, wholemeal pitta

Ff with banana

Bns, cottage cheese, salad, cauliflour pizza, ww petit pain with parmasan

2x hot chocs

Ok so going to give ww simply filling a go. Very similar to sw but oats/high fibre cereal and some bread is also free so hoping its something that i could do for life as thats always why i kept coming back to sw.

Today I've had....

Fromage frais with grapefruit and banana

Cauliflour pizza with cottage cheese and salad

Pasta bake with sprinkle of parmasan (counting 2points)

Weekly total 17/49 (guestimating 15 yesterday to be on the safe side).

Thanks Kirsty. I'm still going to post on here as I'd miss you all if I left! It looks similar to sw but will see how I get on. Really wanted sw to work for me because it is so healthy and something you could do for life, hoping that this one is that plus weight loss for me ;) xx

Will maybe have some hot chocs today too so will update again later :)

Protein bar = 7pp but earnt 3 from gym this morning

Seems ok thanks hun, very similar to sw ;) however not many people on the ww simply filling board so no idea if I'm doing it right or anything :( just doing my best according to the info I've found on google.
