Gill SW diary -green days

I'm feeling really hungry today too, and craving chocolate brownies!!! (My favourite) I'm such a nightmare for choccie treats !!!

Mix a choc options with an egg and microwave for 30-40 seconds. It's a little choc pudding. Put ff yog n strawbs with it. It's lovely :) xx
 
Monday
B - pitta, egg white
S - protein bar (made with oats, powder, peanut butter)
L - ff with grapefruit and some mixed veg
S - protein bar
(1000 cals)

Then for tea ill have some veg, bns and carrot and suede mash not more than 1400cals ;)

Tuesday

Going to haveva lower cal day today as scales still not budging :(


B - egg white on 1/2 pitta
S - half pot on onken fat free yog
L - half a tub of skinny veg soup
S - other half of yog, protein bar
D - veg bake, bns and cottage cheese

(1300 cals)

Keep going and it should show next week :) I can't understand why it's not already as you've been eating so healthily :confused:
 
Thanks :) I don't understand either. Never ever eaten so healthily! Not had chocolate/crisps or anything sweet for weeks!

B - veg haha I'm determined to get this weight off!
S - fat free greek yog
L - more veg, bns and cottage cheese, protein bar
S - banana
D - yet to decide but probably more veg!

Arghhhh just noticed the greek yog I got is not the fat free version :( eaten half and chucked the rest. Annoyed as no difference at all in pot, all in the same place on the shelf too (picked up 4 and 2 were fat free and 2 full fat) its 135cals per 100g!
