Thank you so much for your support everyone. Have to admit I went off track last night, first 'naughty' night in ages. Consisted of... Half a bar of dairy milk dime (I think about 50g), half a bag of mint aero bubbles, biscuit, brownie, 3x hot chocolates. So bad but I just felt really down from the week and thought it wouldn't make a difference anyway, back on it though this morning with a fresher outlook after feeling very bloated after eating all that junk!

I love chocolate too!! I was like that last Sunday and Tuesday, and then because I knew I had a gain I ate more junk before weigh in on Weds! But since then I've been fine. We can't stay on track 100% of the time and I am doing it far less than I used to! How has today been?

Crumpet with low sugar jam (3)
Protein bar ( 6 )
Hot choc (1)
Veg, cottage cheese (2)
Yogurt (2) apple betty (2)
3x baby bell lights (3)
Pitta (4) egg white (1) loads of veg, parmasan (1)

Another hot choc (1), half protein bar (3)

Total 29

I googled it .. Seems to be diff answers .. The majority say between 1 and 3pp per oatcake dependant on weight :) xx

Oatcake with tbsp yog (3)
Half protein bar (3), ryvita minis (3) cottage cheese (4 - sokit between snack and lunch)
Veg with cottage cheese pointed above, baby bell light (1)
Protein bar (6) hot choc (1)

21 so far.

Yog ( 2), oatcake (2), parmasan (1), quorn (2) and veg, hot choc (1)
