Ginger drink

I'm sure I know the answer to this but thought it worth asking anyway. I have Asda's diet ginger ale in the fridge and I wondered if I would be allowed it? I'm the only one who drinks it and I do like it. If I can't drink it...oh well.

aw I love ginger beer too! got one from aldi and it also contains citric acid some people arent that affected by it but Im not sure I would try it just yet.
in other news, morrisons own coke zero (and diet too I think) hasnt got citric acid -another for the list
