Day 1 Feeling ? Ready to rumble (hope my belly won't too) B/fast Choc Shake Lunch raspberry shake Dinner - stew and veg Snack - 2 x satsumas, a raw carrot, ww chicken noodle soup. Packet of wotsits I am using the tesco shakes as I think they taste much nicer.

Day 2 Feeling a bit fed up - been off my work since the last day of December as I've got a virus feeling a bitty better tho and it will be back to work on Monday, makes it a bit easier food wise :) B/fast vanilla shake Lunch choc shake Dinner - spag Bol Snacks - rice cakes, home made veg soup (yummee) Ww yoghurt , ww hot choc and an apple

Day 4 and all is well ?

Today has been ok food wise

B/fast - choc shake
Snack - slim a soup and a Ww toffee yog
Lunch - vanilla shake
Snack - cheese rice cakes
Dinner - grilled chicken with pitta and salad and veg pakora
Sback - Apple and 2 satsuma
 
Omg it's 14.16 and I'm just eating for the first time today been a busy one lol having some soup and crisp bread now and will have shake later - food for today will be

Snack 2x 100 together - chicken soup and 2 crispbread, satsuma

Shakes - raspberry and cho

Dinner - chicken, pot and veg, ww yogart

Snack - Apple and blueberries
 
Back at work today so been a busy wee bee

Food today

Vanilla shake
Cuppa soup and apple
Choc shake
2 x satsumas

Dinner - omelet and salad and a weight watchers yoghurt

Snaks - wotsits and some blueberries
 
Another ok day today been super busy so kept me from being a wee muncher

Choc shake
Ww soup
Rice cakes
Vanilla shake

Spag Bol and ww yoghurt for dinner

Apple, strawberries, raw carrot sticks
