So last UD done and I wasn't too bad, going to try next week to count everything though just to see if it makes a difference,

Morning! God I love being off Mondays for back holidays!
Me and OH are up and going to crossfit for 9.30 then off to feed some new baby ducks near our house! Yippee lovely day, then back home for a bit of cooking for the week
My food today is a tesco lighter risotto at 265 calories and then a couple of apples throughout the day, plenty of coffee and water and I'll hopefully be done!

Oh dear I am not doing well this week, too many things on so going to low carb and calorie count my way to Friday and see how I do!! Xx
 
So 5 days calories counting has been useless for me so back to fast day today, I'm walking the 3 peaks on Saturday so will up my food near the end of the week
