don't give up 8lbs in a week is fab my second week did that then all of a sudden it came of in one go.
theres a reason you started cd i supect its the same as me you want quick weightloss and you have tried other diets and failed.
ww might seem easy but you will be on it for alot longer than cd and you will have temptation and you will not lose as much as on cd.
stick with it hun and you will be done before you know it.

Dont give up, give it another week then see how you feel..

i lost 8lb in the 1st week, 1.5lb in the 2nd week, and sts this week.. if i was going to give up i would of today, but i wont, AT ALL.. i know that the 1st week you loose a lot, but it always slows down after the 1st week..

as i say, give it a week then if you want to give up and do ww then im sure thats whats best for you..
