    Hi!

I've recently been told to cut as much gluten out of my diet as possible which I'm slowly managing but I am struggling with finding gluten free healthy bs on extra easy! Can anyone suggest anything?

You can get gluten free cereals and breads that are on the HEB list. Or as mentioned there are others things you could be having on EE - dried/stewed/canned fruits, olive oil, certain canned soups - or go green and you can have seeds and nuts, or cheese as a HEB.
