I have the same problem as you and its very hard to follow some of the recipes. I think ww should take this into consideration as there are plenty of people who suffer with intolerances.

I replace normal pasta/spaghetti with wheat/gluten free pasta. I also use brown rice or basmati rice and wholegrain (brown) rice cakes.

You can pretty much follow most of the recipes. Just replace with gluten free if possible. Sorry I couldn't give you any more information. I hope this helps.

I have to follow a wheat free diet and generally its quite easy to substitute things however you have to be careful with alot of the gluten free produts as they can be high in fat content.
