I have the same problem as you and its very hard to follow some of the recipes. I think ww should take this into consideration as there are plenty of people who suffer with intolerances.

I replace normal pasta/spaghetti with wheat/gluten free pasta. I also use brown rice or basmati rice and wholegrain (brown) rice cakes.

You can pretty much follow most of the recipes. Just replace with gluten free if possible. Sorry I couldn't give you any more information. I hope this helps.
