im working as a hotel receptionist, and when im on duty im also the supervisor over the bar and kitchen etc. well we just had 2 young men in the bar who were very drunk and started making very inappropriate comments to the barmaid who is polish. i had to step in and tell them to basically shut up or get out. it started a row, but i had to stay calm and firm and finally got them removed from the building. very proud of myself but at the time i was just shaking in my boots, am such a scaredy cat usually!! hate confrontations or people shouting at me!
