there are loads of mini challenges going on on the board at the moment, an october one, an 8 week one, i think there might be a christmas one....where you can set some goals.
CD if you stick to it 100%, usually see's losses of a stone a month or so...
If i were you, my first mini goal would be to get under 200lbs, so thats 35lbs which is a good amount for your own mini target..!
you can also set yourself clothes size targets as well which are the best ones!
I relate my goals to how much I weighed at particular times, I am now lighter than I have been in 10 years, my next goal is getting down to my weight when I was in Australia, and then down to when at uni etc. My friends laugh that I can map my life with my weight at any particular time.
I also have a goal of getting to size 14, and to top it off I like doing the challenges on here, eg. how much to lose during Big Brother, or by Christmas etc.
