and i cant flamin do it! its so weird press ups and even with a mat it kills the knees! so im just going to do my own thing star jumps and dancing around the house and loads of walking!
i have a baby shower to go to today with food and wine i told my best mate not to even tempt me lol she promised she wont so ill just have a shake before i get there and hope for the best. i had a peek at my weight and im exited about my weigh in!!! xx
