not a big fan o indians but its my boyfriends birthday and his choice sooo...

im on green, what do you think my best option would be? obv going to fill up on boiled rice but what sort of main should i go for? i have 1 healthy b left to haev today so maybe i could use that for chicken or something? any ideas?

Hiya

Not sure from a SW perspective but generally tandoori is the best style of cooking as it is usually spice based as opposed to sauce based.

Prawns are also obviously much lower calorie than other meats.

So Tandoori Prawns!!

hmmm only thing with prawns is my partner hates them and he will want to pick at mine as well (which i dont mind) so might have to stick with chicken but will bear the tandoori in mind.

well done on your loss icemoose, 12 stone is amazing!

I'm sure dahl is near enough free.

I have made my own veg balti for tonight, actually have made a massive saucepan load to put in bowls for the freezer :D


I am also attempting pilau rice

well i ended up having a plain veg curry and boiled rice. was nice, then justused 'flexi syns' because drank a full bottle of wine :p
