Going for lunch - help

    I am going out for lunch with my mum today and will probably end up having 'pub grub'

    I always am on green days as I find it easier, any recommendations what i can go for?

    Jacket potato with beans? A pasta dish with a simple tomato sauce (using some syns for oil). Veggie chilli and rice?

    Or could you swap and do a red day and have chicken/steak and salad (unless of course you're a veggie!)

    Hey Kirsty,

    I'm not a veggie, I just find it more filling and easier for green.

    Today I have had boiled eggs and toast, so far! Can I still switch? I wouldn't know what to have for dinner if I go to a red day!

    Yea, you can still swap...the bread would be a HEX B and the eggs are free on both plans.

    So you could have steak/chicken (free), salad, and if you wanted to a jacket potato as your second Hex B (although you wouldn't be able to weigh it obviously, which you need to on Red).

    Maybe for dinner, have an omelette with cheese (Hex A) and veg, and bacon if you have any. Or low fat sausages, which you'd have to syn

    I decided on a chicken cesear salad dressing on the side!

    Probably had thousands of syns and bad things... But one day can't hurt. Can it?
