going from ss to aam

    Hi all, Ive been doing ss in the day and started aam after 3 weeks as I really cant get through the evening without aam. Im really having a small portion of chicken with lettuce, cucumber (thats it), but my weight loss this week is -2lb (only 12lb in three weeks) which i know is good but on ww wouldnt i lose 2lb a week eating three meals a day?

    Feeling bit frustrated and drinking 5 litres of water a day.

    Surely science suggests that eventually you have to lose more on this than you would on WW. It all comes down to numbers doesn't it?

    Maybe you'll see a massive difference next week.

    have you mesured yourself lately,you may have lost inches? I know its hard, but as spooky would suggest try and cut out the meal and go back just to ss for a week if you can and see will that help :)

    Yes i might do ss in the week if i can summon up the willpower!

    Have you thought of doing the SS+, you either have another CD meal and some milk. Or a 200cal meal eg chicken & Salad.

    I am contemplating it at the mo, it looks to keep you weightloss quite high still.

    Yes I got confused, I must be doing SS+ as I have 3 shakes and sml portion chicken with salad.
