changed my mind , lots more to eat on green , how many syns would a small chicken fillet be on green cant find it in syn book . can you eat any ot the pre-pack ham chicken turkey on red .

it tells you in the beginning of your book how much chicken you can eat on green i dont think it would be a fillet ill go check

113g raw chicken/71g cooked you can have this much for a hex b

its 1.5 raw weight per 28g or 2.5 per 28g cooked weight on green

i dont count pre packed ham on red but im not sure i think the bernatd mathews turkey ham is not quite free but i dont like that anyway
