I have decided to stop going to group, honestly just don't think it's benefited me recently, caused more stress than I think it was worth and sometimes I think weigh in day was just a bit of an excuse for me to pig out afterwards! That said I'm still going to weigh in ONCE a week at home (when I went to group I was never off the scales, worried incase I'd had a gain) So I'm going it alone but keeping this food diary to make sure I'm staying on track. Any advice is very welcome.
Breakfast:
Melon, pineapple and a strawberry muller light.
Lunch:
Banana, apple, orange and a cherry muller light.
Dinner:
Syn free burger, syn free sausage, chicken fillet, beans, sweetcorn and melon.
HEA: 375ml s.milk
HEB: Weetabix oaty bar
Snacks: crunchie (9.5), baked walkers crisps (5), bowl of melon and strawberries.
Total syns: 14.5
