Breakfast: morrisons east smart sausages (1.5 syns), eggs, beans,
Lunch: Home-made leek and potato soup (1 syn for the olive oil) red snapper, 1 banana, 1 satsuma, 1 nectarine
Dinner: blackened salmon, with capers and garlic mayo (0.5 syns) lots of roasted veg, followed by syn free lemon mousse
Drinks : coffee, sugar free orange squash,
Snacks : fruits as above (no HEB or HEA today)

Dinner: quiche (bacon, peppers and onions) – (3 syns for the cheese) , chips and salad
