Going out for a curry on ss+

Hi ya,

Im out for a leaving do tonight and we are going for an Indian. I will be eating something :)
I am on SS+ and I am thinking that I can only have Chicken tikka starter and salad.
Has anyone else had a curry on ss+? If so, is there anything else on the menu that would be ok?
I know its probably a little over 200 cal but I swam half a mile last night and walked for 40 mins today (hoping to make up for my sin tonight)!

i guess you could have tandoori chicken? or meat thali? not sure about mushroom bahji - sorry prob not much help but i didnt want to read & run V x
 
Chicken Shashlick with salad - its like a chicken shish.
Avoid anything with sauces or cooked with butter, there are lots of hidden carbs & calories
