    Slimming World
    Feel free to point out if I'm going wrong etc. Still not sure I've got my head around this :/

    Wednesday

    Breakfast: None (had to get to weigh in lol)
    Lunch: chicken and mushroom mugshot, grapes, melon
    Dinner: Roast chicken. SW roast potatoes, petits pois, carrots, broccoli
    HEA: 250ml ss milk, HEB: 2 Alpen light bars
    SYNS: sugar 2, gravy 1, crisps 5

    Thursday

    Breakfast: 3 egg omlette, bacon
    Lunch: chicken and mushroom mugshot, melon, strawberries
    Dinner: chicken breast, new potatoes, rice with peppers, sweetcorn, spring onion and beetroot. Raspberries after.
    HEA: 3 Babybel lights, HEB: 2 Alpen light bars.
    SYNS: Sugar 3, Tesco choc mousse 6.5

    Friday

    Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with spring onion, mushrooms, bacon and baked beans.
    Lunch: Left over rice, melon
    Dinner:Turkey breast, roasted new potatoes, sweetcorn, petits pois. Strawberries and raspberries after.
    HEA: 250ml ss milk, HEB: 2 Alpen light bars
    Syns: Sugar 3, Tesco choc mousse 6.5

    Saturday

    Breakfast: Nothing
    Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, peppers, Ainsley Harriott couscous
    Dinner: SW chilli con carne and rice.
    HEA: 250ml ss milk, HEB: 2 Alpen light bars
    SYNS: Ainsley Harriott couscous 0.5, tomato puree 0.5, Tesco choc mousse 6.5

    Sunday

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spring onion, peppers and mushrooms, 3 slices WW brown danish bread
    Lunch: pasta, sweetcorn, tuna, lettuce, 2 boiled eggs, cucumber, spring onion, beetroot, tomatoes, carrot, melon after
    Dinner: 2 jacket potatoes, tuna, sweetcorn, babybel light, choc mousse, raspberries.
    HEA: 250ml ss milk, HEB: 3 slices WW danish brown bread
    SYNS: Mayo 2.5, babybel light 2, 1 cadbury choc mousse 3

    Monday

    Breakfast: Bacon, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, 3 slices WW brown danish, apple.
