Hi all,

Im fairly new to the cambridge diet. I started 9 days ago. I had my first weigh in on Monday and was very very pleased to see I had lost 6lbs. I had made some errors in my first week too, having half a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee of a morning too. I am on the ss+ so am allowed 4 cd meals a day so I am now using one of my meals (a vanilla powder shake) and am using two heaped teaspoons of it in my coffee of a morning and evening and this makes a delicious cappuccino style coffee which is sweet enough to not use sugar. It also taste delicious so its a winner all round... HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Any other tips would be grateful and also some 200cal meal ideas to spice up the flavour would be helpful please.

Hearing a lot of negative comments about the fact that you put the weight back on immediately after reaching goal so success stories would be great to hear too.
