    I've decided im gonna start counting calories.I have a lot of weight to loose but i gotta start somewhere right.So i decided to join this forum and see how it goes.I think i will start with 1200 calories per day and take it from there.Anyway i will keep you guys up to date with my progress hopefully lol.

    Welcome princess!

    I started calorie counting a week ago & have lost 4lb in my first week, just joined mini mins today!

    I also have a lot to lose, just under 5 stone, but we can do it!

    yay we can be calorie buddies lol.im gonna weigh myself in the morning and and start counting.was gonna start on 1200 cals a day but i dont think i would survive lol so im gonna have 1500 and cut down slowly.congrats on your 4lb weight loss thats super cool keep it up x
