hi katkit :) ive lost 9 pound so far but i dont weigh in properly until thursday so i wont officially know until then. I find i lose more on a red day as i dont eat as much so i dont get as bloated (but im also never full on red) good luck xx
 
I had a major wobble last night and had a kebab and garlic bread so im not eating many syns until saturday so i can save 50 towards that.

Today im feeling a bit down :( I have a banging headahe and a cold and even worse the scales arent showing a loss at all :( Im gonna change my weigh in day to a sunday as i always seem to bloat after a day at work
