Hello all: I can't join the NLP forum until I've done 50 posts, but am very interested in its ideas...can anybody recommend a good book I could buy on amazon for general principles? Thanks!

Oh thank you, though I would feel a bit presumptuous sending him a personal email - does he regularly visit site? I was going to post this question on a post about the NLP forum that was in a sticky somewhere, but I can't find it now - can anyone point me in the right direction to it?

He does regularly visit the site. I'm sure that he would be fine with you sending him an email...he is also now a CDC counsellor. Even if you don't want to email him....have a look at his website, it is a blog of his weightloss journey - it is fantastic, and so inspiring.

No, I got it from the Greeks and the stars I think Ruth! Is the book any good? I've heard of Penny Vincenzi but never read her.
