Good feeling of ketosis

To anyone who is in ketosis now, do you feel high and happy, and it has nothing to do with better circumstances? My CDC told me this will happen, I just didn't know it was going to be this good...

On Day 3 in my weight loss journey and don't think I am in Ketosis yet - although I do feel well I don't feel euphoric yet !!

Well I am on day 9 and have been in ketosis since day 3, but its not till today that I have felt great and just feel so positive. I was ready to quit yesterday but today something just clicked, funny really what 24 hrs can do.

May be a stupid question but how do you know if your in ketosis if you dont do the test things? Like is there particular symptoms?!?

Ok thanks. Well Ive had a wierd tasting mouth through out being on CD so I guess thats why!
