Good Food Mag - Pointing Meals

Hi

I love cooking and subscribe to the BBC good food mag.

They very kindly list down the protein, carbs, fat and fibre for each receipe by portion.

Is it safe to enter what they publish into the pro points calculator and use the figure that comes out?

Or, would you suggest pointing each ingriedient individually?

I've used their figures a number of times and when cross checked, they come out accurate. I'm happy to just use them as is. If you use a particularly unusual ingredient or something where there's a bit of variety between points for the standard item (ie if it just says 'bread') I'd pop the actual ingredients in then. :)
