Just thought i would post this e mail i received from my husband this morning. Im pretty sure it is something he has found and decided to copy and paste but i loved it and it spurred me on so thought i would share

size 14, size 16...PAAH "i spit on you gastly sizes" you say.."look at me now, strength & confidence, demon free " and boosted by your confidence you leave the shop with bags on your shoulder, a radiant smile on your face advertising your success to the world in front of you
