Could some one be so kind as to help me i have quorn lamb syle grills and the peppered ones from the chilled side now in my sw free book 2012 it says they are free but yet on the internet they are comming up as half a syn now is this for both or each or are they free confuesd Thank you

If there are two conflicting Syns values, i.e one source saying free and the other saying half a Syn, I would always go with the higher value just to be sure.

Products are changing all the time, hence why Syn values also change. The Quorn product and its Syn value may have changed since the directory was printed - it's always best to double check using Syns Online if you can.
