Good results with door knob exerciser

    I am having great results with a gadget called a door knob exercisr. They were around in the 80's when I last used one, nowadays they are called Pilates. Mine was £12.99 so a bargain from Amazon. Plus you don't have to leave the comfort of your own house or have to expose yourself at the dreaded hall of mirrors gym. The manual that comes with the ropes is not that good, but there are other web sites that show the exercises a lot better. I was only losing 1 1/2 to 2lb a week as I got nearer my goal - Lipotrim informed me by email that this was to be expected. But since starting the rope exercises the first week I lost 3lb and this week I lost 4lb. I am doing the exercises maybe six to eight times a week.
