Brilliant, thank you so much! Not too terrible an amount. The small ones could be estimated, I think they are half the size

Does anyone have the syns for the Thorntons Viennese truffle bars, they are all kinds of gorgeous (but I'm guessing incredibly high in syns).

A loose rule of thumb for treats is to divide the calories by 20, so if a choccy bar has 200 calories, then it would be 10syns. This is just a rough guide though.

i really want a pavalova I have seen pavalova cases does anyone knoe how many syns that would be for a full one, I wont eat it all at once but prob over 3 days?

why not make your own egg white and sweetner and tsp tartar low oven 130 for hour that must be alot lower

the meringue nests are around 3 i think
