Davina McCall has a fab range of DVDs out. Power of 3 - this one is particularly good! High Energy 5.

One of the nice things about her DVDs are that she does them with a guy and a woman and the woman does the easy option, she does a middle of the road option and the guy does a harder option so it is your choose who you follow. They are also broken into sections - power of 3 - 3 sections, high energy 5 - 5 sections. You can choose which ones you want to do.

You have just reminded me that I have her new one!!
