Heading in to the doctors to get my bmi taken as iv got a letter back saying they are sending me to nhs plastics iv actually put ion 3lb from finishing LL. but iv lost over 3"inches off my waist through the gym all from October ll was the best thing iv done in my life wish I'd heard of it alot sooner so anyone thinking don't just go and start ASAP don't cheat drink the water and it will just disappear cheers everyone who chatted and il drop in from time to time with up date on the surgery
